We recommend reserving your spa service well in advance to accommodate your scheduling needs. A credit card is required to reserve and hold all services. For your convenience, reserved covered parking at street level is available on either side of the condominium entrance.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete necessary paperwork and change into a robe and slippers. 

Zhen Reflections offers Hammam Relaxation with all treatments of equal or greater value when experienced on the same day.  If you choose, please allow additional time before or after your scheduled appointment to enjoy the benefits of steam bathing in the Hammam.  Also, please feel free to use our specialty showers in the locker rooms and enjoy our relaxation lounge before and after your services.  We provide a variety of complimentary teas, water and healthy snacks. 

Locker rooms and amenities are included with your visit.  Please leave valuables at home on the day of your visit as we will not assume liability for lost or stolen items. 

Please advise us of any health concerns such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, pregnancy or any other condition that may prohibit a particular treatment.
