Spa Etiquette

Zhen Reflections maintains an adult oriented atmosphere.  Please do
not bring young children with you as they are not allowed in the spa or
salon area and cannot be left unattended.  We want to provide you and
our other guests with an enjoyable experience in a quiet and relaxed environment.  Guests must be 16 years old to receive body services and will require a parent to check them in and remain in the treatment room at all times.  To help us maintain our peaceful atmosphere, cell phones, pagers or other devices are not allowed to be used in the spa.

Cancellations

If you are unable to arrive on time for an appointment, your scheduled service time may be lessened to accommodate our next guest.  We request a 24 hour cancellation notice for single services.  Additional cancellation policies apply to spa packages, group bookings and multiple services.  Missed appointments will be charged in full.  

Payment

Zhen Reflections accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and gift certificates and gift cards from Spa Finder™, Spa/Salon Wish™ and Spa Week™.  Gift certificates and gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable. Zhen Reflections is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates and gift cards.  We DO NOT accept checks. A credit card is required to hold all services.

Returns

Unused merchandise may be returned with receipt within 10 days for store credit only. We cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges on discounted or discontinued items, or apparel that has been worn.
